David Bigney graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcast Journalism and obtained his law degree from Nova Southeastern University. During his time at Sheppard Broad School of Law, David was the Chief Defender for the Honor Court and a Member of the Nova Southeastern University Trial Team. David is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts and the U.S. District Court-Middle District of Florida. Bigney is an active member of the Orange Bar Association, the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the U.S. District Court for the District of DC. He is also the union representative to the Fraternal Order of Police for the Orlando Police Department.
