Cristine Lindsay

Cristine Lindsay attended the University of Florida and holds dual undergraduate degrees, a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Upon graduating from the University of Florida she obtained her law degree from Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas College of Law. While in law school, Cristine got a head start at learning the complexities of criminal law in the courtroom. She gained valuable and diverse experience by serving as a certified legal intern at both The State Attorneys Office in Charlotte County, and later for Barry Law Schools juvenile defense clinic. During her time as a certified legal intern she assisted in handling an array of cases ranging from Misdemeanors up to 2nd Degree Felonies.
After law school, Cristine served as an Assistant State Attorney for Orange and Osceola counties. During her time with the State Attorney’s Office, she prosecuted a wide range of cases, moving quickly from misdemeanors to violent punishable by life offenses. She also assisted in the prosecution of complex cases, including drug trafficking, homicide and attempted homicide trials. Her prosecutorial experience and educational background position her with a strategic advantage in the courtroom and allow her to serve as a thoughtful, analytical advocate for her clients’ rights.
