Jason C. Bankowitz

Jason Bankowitz attended Florida State University where he graduated with a degree in Political Science. As an undergrad, he began pursuing his legal career by serving as an intern with the Office of the State Attorney for Orange and Osceola counties. While attending Stetson University College of Law, Jason gained further experience in the area of criminal law by serving as a certified legal intern for the Office of the State Attorney in Pinellas County where he handled many cases at the County Court level.

Upon graduating from law school, Jason continued his lifelong goal of practicing criminal law by accepting a job as an Assistant State Attorney serving Orange and Osceola counties. In his time at the Office of the State Attorney, Jason handled thousands of cases at every level of severity from second degree misdemeanors to violent felony offenses. While serving as an Assistant State Attorney, Jason was designated as a specialist in both DUI and Domestic Violence prosecution as well as being the primary prosecutor for Juvenile crimes in Osceola County.

Jason left the Office of the State Attorney in 2007 and has been primarily practicing Criminal Defense Law ever since.
